Ballet British Columbia relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations who share a profound love and appreciation for contemporary ballet and the artistry and athleticism of the dancers. Ballet BC is dedicated to presenting both original ballets as well as popular classics to entertain and enlighten.

With ticket sales accounting for less than half of the costs of maintaining our professional ballet company, donations play a critical role in helping to support our artists and our art.

It is only with the dedication and support of our donors can we continue to present the best in ballet to local, regional, national and international audiences as well as to produce seven community education and outreach programs for children, youth and their families.

Donations of any amount are warmly welcomed and help sustain the creativity and excellence that is Ballet British Columbia.

Turn your feet out in a straight line. Heels are one and a half feet apart.

Second Position
$80 - $149
Previous benefits plus acknowledgement of your gift in Ballet BC’s house programmes and the Annual Report and an invitation to the Annual Member Picnic

Turn your feet out and place one foot in front of the other. The heel of the front foot should touch the middle of the other foot.

Third Position
$150 - $299
Previous benefits plus advance notice of special events

Turn your feet out and place one foot in front of the other, leaving a space in between place the heel of one foot in front of the toe of the other.

Fourth Position
$300 - $499
Previous benefits plus receive a
complimentary Ballet BC poster

Turn your feet out and place one foot in front of the other. The heel and toe of each foot should almost touch the heel and toe of the other. If you do this right, your feet will look as if they could fit, very neatly into a shoebox.

Fifth Position
$500 - $999
Previous benefits plus an invitation during the season to join us in the Founders’ Council lounge at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre
