CHOREOGRAPHY Twyla Tharp
MUSIC Songs sung by Frank Sinatra (Strangers in the Night, All the Way, That’s Life, My Way, One For My Baby (And One More for the Road), Softly As I Leave You, Something Stupid, Forget Domani)
Costumes Oscar de la Renta
An upbeat ballet that celebrates the joy of pure dance!
Gloriously lush and unabashedly romantic, Tharp’s choreography to these Sinatra anthems is a swirling kaleidoscope of moves. Seven couples, men in tuxedos and women in gorgeous gowns by renowned American fashion designer, Oscar de la Renta, perform ballroom dances beneath a glittering mirror ball (on a similar double edge of present and previous ages.)
'Nine Sinatra Songs is the finest of the three works where Miss Tharp has used Frank Sinatra recordings and her approach here to the sentiments therein are full of flair and sophistication..New York Times

Schubert
CHOREOGRAPHY John Alleyne
MUSIC Schubert Trio in E flat, Opus 100
Schubert is a light, playful – almost whimsical -- and very energetic work celebrating the ballerina. An abstract ballet with a loose narrative, the piece follows the life of a dancer in three scenes -- Youth, Beauty, and Wisdom.
Petrouchka
CHOREOGRAPHY Dominique Dumais
MUSIC : Based on the original Igor Stravinsky, adapted by Eric Cadesky
The classic tale of a Russian puppet, made of straw and sawdust, who comes to life and discovers a capacity to love. Using this as a springboard for inspiration, Dumais re-envisions the piece from a more symbolic viewpoint in which the puppets become enlarged archetypes thrown into a void of fear under the control of the Charlatan.
