The Faerie Queen breathes new life into Shakespeare’s exuberant, joyful tale, A Midsummer Night’s Dream. A signature work for Ballet British Columbia, The Faerie Queen is a full-length story ballet created by John Alleyne in 2000, televised on CBC-TV in 2004, and remounted for Vancouver audiences that same year.
