Aaron St. Hilaire

Aaron St. Hilaire (He/Him) was born in Winnipeg, Canada, where he began his dance training at a recreational studio, which later led him to pursue dance at the post-secondary level. He joined the BFA dance program at Toronto Metropolitan University, focusing on ballet and modern styles. He then furthered his studies at the Arts Umbrella Post-Secondary Graduate Dance Program in Vancouver, BC, under the direction of Artemis Gordon. While there, he performed works by renowned choreographers including William Forsythe, Mats Ek, Crystal Pite, Marco Goecke, and Aszure Barton. In addition to his studies, Aaron has guest choreographed and taught at studios in Winnipeg and currently works as a stager for the Richmond Academy of Dance. Most recently, he participated in the Young Choreographers Showcase, where his choreography was mentored by Crystal Pite. Aaron is now joining Ballet BC Annex.
