Elle was born in Regina, Saskatchewan where she began her early dance training. In 2017, Elle began training professionally with the Alberta Ballet School under the tutelage of Murray Kilgour, Aram Manukyan, Graham McKelvie, Sasha Ivanochko, Janet Tait, and many others. After graduating from Alberta Ballet School in 2019, she proceeded to dance in their Post-Graduate Program for a consecutive year. In 2020, Elle began her dance education in the Arts Umbrella Graduate Program under the direction of Artemis Gordon. Since attending Arts Umbrella, Elle has been fortunate to work with artists such as Sabra Perry, Rupert Tookey, Lynn Sheppard, Crystal Pite, Anne Plamondon, Acacia Schachte, Eric Beauchesne, Anna Herrmann, and many others.

This past summer, Elle attended the Orsolina28 summer intensive where she had the opportunity to learn ‘Sad Case’ by Paul Lightfoot and Sol León, under their direction as well as Chloé Albaret and Menghan Lou.

This is Elle’s third year at Arts Umbrella and she is thrilled to be a part of Ballet BC Annex this season!
