Emma Hall began dancing at a local Vancouver dance studio in 2006 and went on to train at HZ Ballet Classique in the Cecchetti USA Syllabus under the direction of Heidi Zolty. In 2020, Emma joined the Arts Umbrella Pre-Grad Professional Training Program and in 2021 began the Arts Umbrella Post-Secondary Dance Program, both under the direction of Artemis Gordon. In 2022, Emma toured with the Arts Umbrella Grad Company around the Netherlands, participating in performances and workshops with world renowned faculty. She attended the Henny Jurriëns, Arts Umbrella, Modus Operandi/Out Innerspace and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago summer intensives and workshops in Gaga Methodics. In this upcoming year, Emma will be a part of the 3rd year program with Arts Umbrella Dance. In this program, she will collaborate with Ballet BC Annex to create and tour new works as well as perform with the company in their first program of the 23/24 season.
