Julian is an entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience in marketing services and technology. He is currently the Co-CEO of Shaw/Scott, a global consulting and marketing agency, and President of Sageflo, a customer experience software company. He also serves as an advisor to Nfluence, a data analytics company, and Betterwith Brands, a food and lifestyle company.

He is passionate about mentorship and supporting diversity and equity in the workplace. He is a speaker at numerous events and writes regularly about industry news and innovations. He currently supports numerous organizations including the Dr. Peter AIDS Centre where he serves on the Life Commitment Gala Committee. He is passionate about the arts and is proud to support Ballet BC.
