Ballet BC brings you exclusive behind-the-scenes content for the 10th anniversary of World Ballet Day! On Wednesday, November 1, get an in-depth look into two rehearsals at Ballet BC’s home on Vancouver’s Granville Island.

First up, join Ballet BC dancers along with dancers from Arts Umbrella and choreographer Shahar Binyamini for a closer look at the creative process for ‘BOLERO X,’ Binyamini’s exciting new 50-dancer creation which premieres at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on Thursday, November 2.

Next, join Ballet BC Artistic Director Medhi Walerski and company artists Sarah Pippin and Rae Srivastava for a rehearsal of Walerski’s acclaimed duet ‘Silent Tides,’ which will be performed by the company on tour in Europe in Spring 2024.
