It’s time to jump off the stage and get up close and personal with the Ballet BC Company Artists. Recently, all the dancers completed the Proust Questionnaire, a personality questionnaire made famous by French writer Marcel Proust.

What is your idea of perfect happiness? Peace of mind, love and laughter

What is your greatest fear? Not having the prior.

Which historical figure do you most identify with? Gene Roddenberry.

Which living person do you most admire? My brother.

What is the trait you most deplore in yourself? Grumpiness due to hunger syndrome.

What is the trait you most deplore in others? Close mindedness or being judgmental.

What is your greatest extravagance? Star Trek memorabilia.

If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? I don’t think I’d like to change as much as I would like to keep learning and improving.

If you could change one thing about your family what would it be? I would bring them closer.

What do you consider your greatest achievement? Being surrounded by the calibre of artists I have the pleasure of working with every day.

If you died and came back as a person or thing what do you think it would be? A Klingon.

What is your most treasured possession? The memories I have of my mom.

What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery? Doubt and insecurity.

Who are your heroes in real life? The Toronto Maple Leafs. The artists I’ve seen and worked with who have inspired me.

What is it that you most dislike? Peanut butter.

How would you like to die? Content.

What is your motto? Relax.
