This all-levels Ballet series is suitable for any students new to dance or those with some experience who can’t commit to a progressive series. Students will learn the basic ballet terminology and positions and build a technical foundation through simple barre and centre exercises. Classes will begin with a warm-up and exercises at the barre, and finish with centre work.

Vinyasa yoga is a style of flow yoga characterized by stringing postures together seamlessly with a focus on breath. The dynamic nature of vinyasa yoga helps to develop a more balanced mind and body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries.

Hatha yoga is performed at a slower pace, and includes time for meditation, breath work, and restoratives. The pace allows you to move in and out of poses comfortably, while having the time to be aware of what feels right for your body. With a strong focus on mind-body connection, breath work, and strengthening somatic awareness, it is especially valuable for those with injuries, pain, mobility or health issues. Hatha is an ideal practice for mental and physical rejuvenation, while cultivating a deep sense of inner calm.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice centred on slowing down. While resting, your body is boosting its immune system, releasing tightness in muscles and joints, repairing damaged tissue, balancing the nervous system, balancing brain function, reducing anxiety and mental stress. Gentle flow yoga encourages the body to move with a sense of ease from one posture to another through slow fluid movement. Engaging in mindful movement allows for connection to breath, an open heart, and a relaxed mind.
