Ballet BC Company Auditions
Applications for the 2025/26 season are now closed. All those who submitted their applications before the deadline will receive an email by Friday November 22 notifying them of next steps.

Each year, Ballet BC auditions for the following company roles:
Full-Time Artists: Experienced dancers interested in a collaborative contemporary dance environment. Artists should possess both classical and contemporary training.
Emerging Artists: Graduates who have completed a professional training program. The Emerging Artists program will take place during the company season.
Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet Nutcracker Children Auditions
Ballet BC will welcome Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet to Vancouver once again in December 2025 with their iconic retelling of Nutcracker, December 12-14.
We are excited to continue the tradition of casting young dancers from the local Vancouver community in various roles in this special festive production. Ballet BC and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet are looking for dancers between the ages of 7 and 15 years (as of December 31, 2025) to audition for our 2025 production of Nutcracker. Auditioning dancers must be between 3’8″ and 5’6″ in height.
