Ballet BC works with artists who are passionate about performing in a collaborative dance environment. Admission to join Ballet BC as a company member or participate in our intensive programs is by audition only.

Ballet BC Company Auditions
Auditions for Ballet BC are by invitation only. Each year, Ballet BC seeks professional artists for the roles of Full-time Company Artist and Emerging Artist. Ballet BC is now accepting applications to audition for the 2027/28 season.

RWB Nutcracker Youth Auditions
Each year, Ballet BC and Royal Winnipeg Ballet welcome children aged 7-15 to audition for youth roles in the RWB’s iconic production performed in Vancouver during the holiday season. Registrations for 2026 are now closed. If you have any questions, please contact nutcracker@balletbc.com.
