Moving Communities

Moving Communities brings Ballet BC into partnership with non-profit organizations to share the power of movement in spaces beyond the stage. Through all-levels experiences, participants are invited to reflect, express themselves and build connections through dance—particularly those who may not otherwise have access to the arts. This work is developed collaboratively with partner organizations to respond to the specific needs of each community. Many programs are partially or fully subsidized so they can remain accessible and rooted in care.
