• Click the button to be redirected to the MOVE page.
• Click ‘My Account’
• Click on the Need new password? link.

• Enter your email address (the address that received this email). Then click Submit.

• Go to your email inbox and open the password reset email.
• The email will include your username and a Create new password link. Click on the link.
• Enter a new password in both password fields. The password character limit is 15.

• Return to our website and click the Sign In button.
• Log in with your new login information.

In Your Account, scroll down to the Communication Preferences section and check the boxes to receive email and text messages based on the following categories:

• Account Management
• Schedule Updates
• Newsletters and Promotions

After clicking the Save button, you are all set!
